Our information desk is available at any time during the opening hours of the shopping centre (Monday to Saturday from 10.00 to 21.00, Sunday from 10.00 to 18.00). Our customer service staff at the counter can provide you with full information about the shopping centre.

At Mammut Shopping Centre, visitors are protected by a 24-hour security service. They are there to prevent trouble and to comply with all legal requirements.

The Mammut Shopping Centre has five branches (Raiffeisen Bank, ERSTE Bank, MBH Bank, UniCredit, K&H), all of which have ATMs, located outside the branches, so you can use the ATM services of the banks at any time.

The Sonax car wash is located on level -1 of the Mammut I underground car park. The car wash is open every day of the week from 9.00 to 20.00.

The Mammut shopping centre has a number of men's and women's toilets and special disabled toilets. In Mammut Building I, restrooms are located on the ground floor, first floor, second floor and third floor. The toilets on the first and third floors are also suitable for disabled persons. In Mammut II, toilets are located on the first, second and third floors.

You can also shop with your baby in comfort, with three baby changing rooms in the Mammut shopping centre. Two of these are located on the first and second floors of Mammut I, and the third on the second floor of Mammut II.
